Do you have your own factory?
Yes, we have our own factory in Fengxian District, Shanghai, China, close to the export port. We also have large storage facilities, allowing us to offer warehousing services for your orders.
How to assure the product quality?
We have dedicated quality control personnel responsible for ensuring the quality of our products. Before shipment, we conduct a thorough inspection of the goods. After placing an order, we will send you samples to confirm the final product and its quality. Once the goods are received, we offer after-sales service. If you feel that the quality of the final product does not match the samples, we will reproduce it for you at no cost until you are fully satisfied.
How to get my samples? is it free?
Typically, the samples we have in stock are free, and you only need to cover the courier cost. For your customized products, we will produce samples as soon as possible. The sample cost will be based on the actual materials used, and when you place an order with us, the sample fee will be deducted from the total. Using courier services, your samples will usually reach you within a week.
What is the minimum quantity?
We have no minimum order quantity requirement, so you can choose any order size. We have our own sample-making room; if your order quantity is small, we will use digital printing. For orders over 500 units, we will use large machines for production. The price will vary based on the quantity.
If I order from you, should I pay the import fee?
